What I appreciated most was how available she was whenever I had questions. She responded to my emails whether it was 9 AM, 11 PM, or even on weekends. She was also very patient in explaining everything and making sure I understood the process and my options. Keshia worked hard as a liaison with her team to make sure everything stayed on track and that I was able to move forward. She genuinely took the time to understand what was best for me and worked to find the right solution. I really appreciate all of her help, dedication, and responsiveness.
